We dived a spot north of the mlpa closures. dead flat ocean, 15-20' vis , and 64-67 degree water temp. we followed scattered reefs with lots of life, schools of mackeral, croakers, huge Bat Rays, and I got a 33.5 14lb Halibut, first fish of the season. We also saw some nice Abalone, this site has a good population of abs, look but do not touch, but healthy reefs. Nice summer conditions.
