Actually the first use of jack booted thugs that came into pop culture came when the NRA referred rightfully to the BATF as jack booted thugs. Testimony from all sorts of citizens who had had their civil rights flagrantly violated by these thugs caused Congressional reform of that criminal agency.
But for now, as divers well just have to deal with the other jack booted thugs, those DFG types, lol.....
Now, off to find another rant....there's gotta be one somewhere....
