I forget the name of the freeway, but the main road that connects Petaluma with Vallejo that goes along the north end of the San Pablo Bay, is full of boats like that one. I have always wanted to go into one of those boats and check them out, but I don't know if its the smell, lots of stagnant water, or the lack of parking that keeps me away.
