Don't you just love people like that? There's a series on A&E called Airline. They show airline employees dealing with people like that every day. It's the same thing you mentioned before. There are too many people who can't or won't take responsibility for themselves. This person probably didn't think they would have to get a reservation and be there on time to get their ticket. Instead they want to cause a scene and yell,"Lemme talk to your supervisor!" They're always popular with the people behind them in line. :-)
