I am not looking to sue anyone. Someone told me that 68 feet or shorter was a small craft. They could be wrong I don't know. That is one of the reasons why I asked these questions. My curiosity stems from the stories I keep hearing about bad experiences in bad diving conditions. I think you once told a story about diving and being a charter customer in bad conditions. With all these stories being told, I wanted to get some clarity on what the assumed risk really is should a captain or charter company be sued because they took the trip in bad conditions with small craft warnings in effect. There is nothing more nor nothing less to my questions. Can someone else answer my quastions?
