When we went to Grand Cayman a couple of years ago we even took lead. Hey there were 5 of us divers, 3 of the 4 kids went, and it costs a lot to rent gear. With that many of us, there was luggage space to spare. The hard part was weighing all the bags and tossing in pouches and hard weights and not have any one over the limit.
It was even harder for the flight home since there was no scale in the hotel.
I was short 1 regulator, so each day we rented 5 tanks and 1 regulator.
