I was on the ill fated boat also 2/19/05. I have been diving calif for over 20yrs and never have I experienced such terrible conditions. I am thrilled the remaining divers had a decent time. 20ft vis in the winter is terrible. I couldnt get warm, I had puked-not for the last 10 yrs and my friends wanted off the boat. Didnt want to risk a similar ride back. The sanddollar is not interested in diver safety, or having good dive conditions. Hollywood divers is actually the main problem since they didn't have the brains to give our money back and cancel the dive as all the other trips did...I will have bad things to say about both of these outfits for a very long time...congrats....on your poor customer service.
