My apologies to the Sand Dollar. Ken Peters feels that I have questioned his judgment in my post of 2/27 and that wasn't my intent. I believe I could have better my point had I left him out.
Captains must make judgment calls every day of the year. I don't for a minute believe that anyone or want to leave the impression, including Ken Peters of the Sand Dollar, would deliberately go out in conditions they felt to be unsafe.
My apologies again if that was the impression that was left.
