NO, a hunter would bew a Mugger. A DF&G officer is a Thugger. Someone who poaches lobsters is a Bugger. Fishermen in a small boat with a large cooler are Chuggers. Two people in a cigarette boat at night near the border are Druggers. Environmentalists who work at Hooters are Juggers. Hunters who grag their dead deer back to their truck a mile away are Luggers. People who send fliers about upcoming environmental events are Pluggers. People who don't care one wat or the other are Shruggers. Russel Crowe's boat on South Park was Tugger.
