No. DFG is already overextended and I'm not really sure any crime was committed. Foul play could have been involved but someone may have also just found a dead one and figured it would make the fishing better. DFG keeps an eye on this board so they'll see it. I can give them numbers if they need them.
I'm not sure what the whole thing is about. I just found it weird. I thought it was a person at first!
