It is supposed to work with point and shoot cameras, however I would not recomend using a camera which you can not use in a manual mode for most underwarwe photography.
There are only a few dealers in the US. The two I have personal experience with is Marine Camera Distributors in San Diego and the US INON distributor INON America. Marine Camera are more knowlageble, but INON America has a more comprehensive stock.
