WHAT: Revised Draft Master Plan Framework (and revised draft appendices)
WHERE: Draft Documents for Comment page at www.dfg.ca.gov/mrd/mlpa/draftdocuments.html. There are two versions of the documents available: (1) the PDF files are a strikeout and underline comparison with the February 15 version of the Preliminary Draft Master Plan Framework, so you can more easily see where changes have been made to the document; (2) the MS Word files are "clean" versions without any strikeout or underline, so that you can more easily submit comments by directly making changes to the document in Track Changes mode.
