The NDL on this dive is 10 mins. The deco time for this dive is 59 mins.(stops at 30ft. for 5min. stop at 20 ft, for 19 mins. and a stop at 10 ft, for 33 mins.). We should not be bragging about dives that we do out of rec. limits.

Oh, nitrogen is toxic to you starting from depths of about 60 ft. Nitrogen is very toxic at 144.
