What a second, I normally just lurk on this board, but now you are simply not telling the truth. In your own post you admit getting bent.
You had to do two table 6A treatments at the Pacific Grove Recompression Chamber.

Three repetitive air dives to those depth, no wonder you ended up bent and in the chamber. Your own advice got you bent, you of all people shouldn't be advising other divers on this or any other board.
