Anybody calling Nitrogen "toxic" at 60 ft shouldn't be an instructor. Maybe they shouldn't be diving at all.
DIR is going to decrease the recreational limits by 10 feet per year. That way they hope to get more divers buying all of their equipment and stuffing their wallets fat.
