Jason, I keep all my cherished trick gear, but there is nothing that has a better and smoother drag system then Shimano's Tiagra series reels.
On the other hand, considering all the kelp and calico bass we see on dive where we could spear at least 20 on any one dive, why bother with fishing for them?
I save my fishing for yellowfin tuna, yellowtail, and dorado.
