..."Almost a quarter of the divers in the study admitted to making a rapid ascent, 8 per cent had missed decompression stops and 4 per cent admitted to coming up too fast after running out of air. The remaining two thirds (60%) had followed no-decompression guidelines and appear to have been diving within recommended safety limits. Almost three out of four divers in the study were using dive computers.
