Doubt if any one on this board have any experience diving it nor would want to. Shannon needs to get info on issues associated with diving it (other than the bouyancy, etc. which she can calculate). The article gives a breakdown of the junk that's there...now, (theoretically) IF you were to dive it, what would you use for equipment? Give her some equipment ideas and pointers or find someone who has dove it.
My experience is limited to numerous fishing trips in the late 70's and early 80's and even then I wouldn't eat what I caught there because of all the farm runoff and at that time pockets of stench.
