We dove last Saturday and had amazing conditions. Vis was in the 30' range. Great dive overall. On Sunday, the swell had picked up considerably and the vis dropped down to 5' though.
The dredging didn't do any obvious harm to the Nothern part of Vets Park, but I haven't had a chance to check the area around Topaz/pilings yet.
The rain has probably been the biggest issue. The canyon is strewn with garbage from the storm drains.
