Although I am not a fan of the buddy system. I would hate to see a dive community. Where divers need waivers to dive with buddies. I have dealt with panicked divers and swimmers several times in my life. It is a extremely difficult situation to get control of.
It is human nature for someone to lash out blindly due to pain from losing a loved one before their time. I have lost 3 people in my life. That I loved more than life. I was able to control my vindictive broken heart. Just because I have witnessed this behavior in many other people.
I suspect some lawyer is coaxing this poor widow on. Hopefully this widow will be able to deal with her grief. Before she reaps to much havoc.
