I've been keeping an electronic dive log for years that I fill in after I download my computer. Sometimes it takes me a few days before I download and I forget some of the details. I decided to start keeping a paper log in conjunction with the computer log but I couldn't find any that I liked. I made a custom one with check boxes to make entering my commonly used configurations or parameters a little easier. I'm going to print these out, chop them in half, and put them in a little binder to keep on the boat. I figured that someone else out there may like it so I tossed it on the web. Feel free to use, customize, etc.
