He taught me half of what I know. His ex-wife taught me the other half. Jim became a friend before he died and I still greave the loss. Jim was one of the most talented underwater photographers of all time. I still have the "Rules of Churchism" hanging on my wall next to three pages of his instructions on using the Nikonos III (or a Nikonos V with blown electornics).
