An avid diver in his late 40's, died after diving with his son (16) in Catalina. They think he ran out of air, and shot to the surface and embolized. By the time he got to shore he'd had a major stroke and heart attach. They initially put him on life support, and then pulled the plug when they realized there was no hope.
