I am, very serious about this report. While I do not know what is happening, and neither does F&G, it is a very good event. With all do respects to Brad, pulling traps, and setting traps, has very little effects on kelp. Of course some of it can be uprooted, but we have little effect on the grand scale.
Wish I knew what killed the kelp, and why it is returning. Just glad it is.
