Rather then a scuba pool designed to open the mysterius incredible wonders of the hidden underwater world and bringing a needed awareness to our lives of our ultimate responsbility for the earth's oceans, maybe they would prefer a Walmart, a 99Cent Store, or better yet, an Indoor Swap Meet complete with a rotating disco ball and cheap overdriven speakers blaring out oom-pa-pah banda musica out front, that way all the illegal Third World Mutants can crawl all around bringing such life enriching great cultural icons to our experience like: "Burrito Combination Plate # 5" and epic music songs like "La Cucaracha".
