Apparently Dave does not cherish some aspects of low income hispanic culture.
Having met quite a few low income european descendants, I have come to the conclusion that they can eclipse some of our neighbors from Meheeeco by a long mile.

An SC pool is more likely to offer up noises like "PSST" and "FFFSHERSST" as students blow air across their first stages. Maybe a few boisterous enthusiastic noises. I have always wondered what those apartments next to Vets think of those noises.
