I think someone wanted to police divers, and ripping up their c-cards when they determine they aren't worthy to dive is far more dangerous than anything these people did.
Thank god most people aren't like Mike, or we would never be able to go out and have a dive off a boat with friends.
Scat happens. They anchored the boat, they had someone watching the boat. Conditions got really bad fast. The anchor dragged. Someone got lost. Several things went wrong at once.
I would dive with these divers anytime, and I'm sure a lot of other people would. I'm sure Mike would have anyone who got into an accident or needed the coast guard thrown in jail, thank god he's not in charge.
Mike simple doesn't back up what he says. Violated this, violated that. They didn't violate anything, they went out to dive, instead of staying home ranting away on some bulletin board.
