is vanishingly small. If you carried enough stuff
to cover every vanishingly small failure scenario,
you couldn't swim.

2. HP hose failure is handleable. Modern first
stages have a pinhole oriface behind the HP port,
so the pressure drop is relatively slow. I ran a
test a few years ago. IIRC, the pressure drop was
about 200 PSI/minute. Pressure drop through the
LP port was much higher.

I'll see if I can dig up the test results. They
should be on my home computer somewhere.
