It seems like there is more than one reason for you to be streamlined. If you are carrying all that stuff and you are requiring a pony tank, then you must seriously appreciate lack of drag.
What do you do with all of that stuff when you are dragging a propeller or port hole back to the boat in the current that came up? Or perhaps have you been lucky all these decades and only found stuff up current from the anchored boat?
