Most auto accidents don't leave you dead or with limbs missing or hideous, huge chunks of flesh ripped from you leaving visually nauseating disfigurement.

Hmmm.....sprained ankle, great white shark attacking me.....sprained ankle, great white shark attacking me.....hmmm...I don't know, it's a tossup! God I'm so indescisve....

"The danger of a GWS attack is less than the danger rogue waves and currents there in Spring."

Currents that require you inflate your BC and slowly swim out of it are different then..well, dying, being delimbed or having huge chunks of flesh disfiguringly ripped from your body.
