So, why do you think it is that way Ross-O? Why are divers so divided in their opinions with blind face, but yet are the nicest and easiest group to be around when confronted in person?
That's the beginning question that begs a rational answer.
Believe it or not, some people won't allow themselves to be educated while other will.
Proof and logic wins out in person while BS and mockery is instantly recognized and placed where it belongs within the electronic forums.
Divers can scream all they want on the internet about enviromental and other issues. But, until they show up, and the representatives see the constituants faces themselves, the repesentatives will then begin to act in the diving community's best interest.
