The yellow spar buoys that you see all around in front of king harbor are all marks for sailboat races. I think there is another set in front of MDR. There is one near the palawan, one near the N end of the breakwall, and several on scattered areas of redondo reef.
It is pretty tiresome when you go out there wanting to get away from the crowds and they still run right over you. I'm pretty sure that if you contact Reef Seekers, they will sell you the Pacific Ocean (assuming the trump deal falls through) and you can get rid of those spar buoys.
