The bill in question is S. 786 of the 109th congress. Go to the following web address:
http://thomas.loc.gov/home/c109query.html
and type "S. 786" (without quotation marks) in the Bill Number search box.
It's the language in Section 2(b) that looks most dangerous. It's obviously a ploy by Pennsylvania Senator Santorum to protect the interests of Pennsylvania-based Accuweather.
It would also be useful to let the senate Commerce Committee itself (which is reviewing this bill) know that Sen. Santorum's bill is a bunch of hooey. They have a message facility at this address:
