Incorrect teminology. "Recovered" is correct since it's perfectly legal to recover artifacts from Carolina and Virgina wrecks, both shallow and deep. The vast majority of divers visiting those wrecks couldn't identify ANY recoverable artifacts due to overgrowth, let alone identify where they once were. Elaine, you gotta quit dating dwill ;-)
