No Frank, actually she is polite in her choice of words. There are much more discriptive words that can be used for those who willfully destroy wrecks and take away the enjoyment of others by doing so.
But at long last more and more of those that "pilfer" from wrecks are being prosecuted for the illegal act they commit.
