Dive boat operators have a vested interest in taking passengers to great destinations and having them thoroughly enjoy the eperience, that's why. If the area from Long Point to Itialian Gardens was a preserve, those fish would in all probability would stay there for decades or longer. After the end of the lobster season the boats could take divers to that area and almost guarantee that their pasengers would see THE most magnificent resident specie on these waters!
