I would hang him by his balls from a street light at the La Jolla cove parking lot. After stuffing a fish head in his mouth. So his cries would not disturb residents. Hanging a sign around his neck. That said "Poacher don't let the sun set on you here". A bulleye painted on his chest. Would be a nice finishing touch.
I am a spearfisherman and fisherman. Anyone that abuses DF&G laws to this level. Really pisses me off. It takes a all hands effort to protect the fish life. We all enjoy. There is no room for poachers!
