I have seen and heard of countless poachers in my life. I can't ever remember a woman poaching. I did see a woman chase her husband(wannabe poacher) around with a truck once. I don't know if she was tring to run over him or was going to drive the getaway vehicle. He was running away pretty fast. Perhaps from me or perhaps from his wife.
It has been my experience. That women are more level headed, whether it be fishing, hunting, spearfishing, scuba diving, etc. They do not have the male ego to deal with.
My dear sweet mother, who is in her 70's. Still goes out and gets her buck every year. Yes, she believes in one shot-one kill and she knows and obeys fish and game laws of her state. Can't say the same for a lot of men I have seen in the field and on the water.
