Netscape hasn't been updated for many Mozilla releases,
so I wouldn't recommend it.
For this: Mozilla 1.7.7. Click Window, Composer.
The Composer has also been split out separately, as the broswer
became Firefox and the e-mail/news reader became Thunderbird, the
Mozilla composer became something , but I can't remember the name.
I haven't jumped to the unbundled Mozilla components. Yet. The day is coming soon.
