As I recall, all or almost all posters were very supportive of Ray as an excellent skipper. It was mentioned that as Captain he was going to take the fall, but pretty much all critism was pointed at the DM and Drifting Dan. Ray was generally not blamed for what happened. Something I agree with.

As for this tale about the Great Escape, it's obviously posted as a troll. Ignore it.
