For a single image just put the http://imagewhatever.jpg in the "Optional Image URL" space below. The image will show up in the body of the post.
For a link put the http://whatever in the "Optional Link URL" below. Give the link a title in the "Optional Link Title" box or it will not post. The title will show up as a clickable link.
