Personally, I've used both men's and women's BC and I prefer the womens. It is especially made for women's curves. I have the Seaquest Dive LX and I love it. A bit shorter in the waist than a mans, with a v-shaped sports bra type jacket for support in all the right places. It's especially designed for women, and it's got alot of room for adjustment, so it' adjusts out from a 3 ml to 7 ml Farmer Jane without any problem. I haven't put it over my drysuit yet, but I'm not worried because it's so adjustable. It's a great BC. I'd highly recommend it.
