Ikelite underwater camera housing ?

Are the O rings/seals on a Ikelite underwater camera housing user replaceable or does the housing need to be sent back to Ikelite for replacement? If a housing would need O rings/seals replaced at Ikelite.
Does anyone has a ideal what the price would be? I am just trying to do some sensible shoppping.
