You might find two days to be more than you need.
I like the show because you can meet the vendors, talk to them, and solve some of your dive equipment mysteries (can you fix my whatever?, my whatever does this, is it supposted to to that?).
If you see a new product that you like some vendors provide after show discounts so it can save you a few bucks. It can also be a fun social event.
