I called them again today and simply told them that they fix my activation problem or CS2 goes back to the store. This time they did not try and get a credit card number out of me. They took down some technical information for their technical department instead. Then they said that it may take up to 30 days to fix the problem.
1. If this was my only computer, I would be without use of photoshop for up to 30 days.
2. Gee, in 30 days I probably can't return CS2
