Night dive at the old airport off Kona a must. We did it in October and had a dozen Mantas swarming us the entire dive. 8' to 12' wingspans, and literally in your face for 40 minutes. I've dove w/ Mantas in Yap,Palau, & Sea of Cortez, and this dive beat all those for Manta encounters. Rest of diving on Kona was okay.
