May be it was you. That forced me. Did you vote yeah or nay on deregulation. Did you vote to let market prices. Dictate the waste of a precious natural resource. It is the law of the land now in California. I am only obeying the law. That "people" like you, decided what they wanted. Yeah they were mislead and it is a bad law. It it coming up for a vote again. I voted against it the first time. I will vote against it a second time. How about you?
