I called the PV police dept. this morning. The chief said it happened at the 2800 block of Del Mar so I asume it was Xmas Tree Cove. The accident occured on land, the diver actually fell onto his knife. He said there should be more info in tomorrow's paper. The last name of the person is Millash.
