Debbie got it right.

Fried egg jelly or Egg yolk jelly. Phacellophora camtschatica.

They're awesome... but beware the very long, very thin tentacles, especially in bad vis! The tentacles can easily be longer than the vis to the bell... so you can swim into these things pretty easily. They sting, too! Nothing to do you damage, but it'll get your attention!
