if a dive vessel sells santa barbara island and they go to catalina, why dont they credit or refund the difference to the customer. this was the case when a boat from ports of call sold santa barbara is. and went to catalina. not only did they not refund the customers money for the island change , they also charged each customer 3.00 fuel surcharge. im sorry but i dont think that this service inspires return bussiness, and arent the boats having a hard enough time selling out.
